2.We are striving to provide an allergy-free
environment as much as possible —
central air has an electronic filter — no
pets, no smoking please (not even on the porch as it's part of the filtered
air).
3. Guests are expected to:
Bring your
own linen and towels: BYOL&T
Replenish consumables:
cleaning supplies, TP, detergent, etc.
Repair or replace
any damage
Close doors
& windows when using air conditioning (pulling blinds blocks afternoon sunlight)
Wash off beach
sand at outside shower before entering house
Shake sand out
of clothing before using washing machine
Upon departure
clean the cottage for the next guests*
Put out the
trash and recyclables for pickup
Blankets are
for interior use only - please do not use on the beach
Feel free to use the phone
(long distance and local toll calls will be billed back)
Enjoy
the Beach, the Park, the Community; and have fun.
4.Recycle items
(cans, plastic, glass, newspapers)
must be in the blue plastic bags
— pickup is on Monday only.
Please use white or black plastic bags for
trash only.
5.Trash pickup is Monday morning (usually starts at 7:00 a.m.). Trash cans are by the back door. Plastic
bags are under the ironing board or in the utility closet. During the season there is an extra trash only pickup on Friday.
6.
Attic access stairwell area may be used as a closet -- attic is closed (private
storage).
* There
is no cleaning service. If
you wish to hire someone to clean the cottage, people who may be available
to clean the cottage are listed in the Binderunder Support/Services.
